- Where is your store located?
We are an online store and don't have any outlet for now.
- How to contact you?
Our CSR Team is available from 10:00 am - 7:00 pm (PST), Mon - Sat on whatsApp. You can also drop your queries on our whatsApp for 24/7 support.
- What are your shipping charges?
Shipping charges depends upon the weight and location of the order. It may vary accordingly.
- What payment methods can use?
You can pay COD, Jazzcash, Credit/Debit card for your online orders (Pakistan). For international orders, you can pay only via Debit/Credit cards
- When will I receive my order?
Your order will be dispatched after final confirmation call and you may get the order in 2-4 working days. During sale events, it may take 5-7 working days. You can also track your order through tracking number received to you via email after placing an online order. Delays may occur during unforeseen reasons, strikes or natural disasters.
- How can I cancel my order?
You may cancel your order by sending a message on our WhatsApp Support Cell, providing your order number (received via email), before the item is delivered to your doorstep. Once the order has been delivered, cancellations and refunds will no longer be accepted. Important: We do not entertain requests based on a change of mind. Refunds or exchanges are only permitted if the item is wrongly delivered or damaged, and the item is returned with its original tags intact. For your satisfaction, you are encouraged to inspect the parcel in front of the courier team before making the COD payment. We recommend carefully reading all product descriptions and instructions before placing your order to avoid any issues.
- Do you accept different billing and shipping address?
Yes we do, provided you have made prepayment i.e, Bank Transfer or Credit/Debit Card. At the checkout page, we offer to select a delivery address that is different from the billing address. For security reasons, this service is offered at our discretion and we reserve the right to ship only to the billing address or ask that proof of address is provided before shipping.
- I have received a wrong / defected product, what do I do?
We accept refunds or exchanges in case of wrongly delivered or damaged pieces, having original tags (For your satisfaction, you are encouraged to inspect the parcel in front of the courier team before making the COD payment). In case you have received any damaged/wrong/product, we gladly accept all merchandise for return or exchange within 3 working days of delivery, provided it: – Is in new condition – Hasn’t been washed, used or altered – Has the original price tag and packaging intact We DO NOT entertain any change of mind requests. You are advised to read all product descriptions and instructions carefully before proceeding with your order.
