DELIVERY POLICY

At Modest Echo, we strive to ensure a smooth and timely delivery experience for all our customers. Below are the key details regarding our delivery process:

Delivery Time in Pakistan

We aim to deliver your order within 2 to 4 business days across Pakistan. For any questions or concerns, feel free to reach out to us at ------ between 10:30 AM and 6:30 PM, or contact us at modestecho.shop@gmail.com

Delivery Charges

Standard delivery charge of PKR 300 will apply.

Once we receive your order, you will receive an email with the details of your purchase. Our Customer Service Representative (CSR) team will confirm your order via call. Please note that your order will be dispatched only after this confirmation call. If you choose Cash on Delivery (COD), kindly ensure that you inspect the package before making payment to the rider for your satisfaction.

Delivery During Sales

Please note that during sales events, the delivery time may extend to 5 to 7 business days. 

International Orders

For our international customers, please be aware that you will be responsible for any customs duties or import taxes upon arrival of your order in your country. Modest Echo is not liable for any taxes or charges imposed by your local customs office. You will need to settle these payments in order to receive your package.

Due to certain restrictions, we are unable to provide delivery services to India and Bangladesh at this time.
