EXCHANGES & RETURNS
EXCHANGE POLICY
At MODEST ECHO, our customers are our top priority. Our customer care team is ready to assist you at every step of the exchange process. If you wish to exchange an item, we’re here to help – simply reach out to us!
Domestic Orders:
- Valid Exchange Period: You can exchange any item purchased online within 7 days of delivery, provided you have proof of purchase.
- Proof of Purchase: This includes an online order confirmation email.
- Conditions for Exchange: Items are eligible for exchange only if they are unused, tags intact, original packaging, and accompanied by the original invoice. A valid reason for the exchange must also be provided (e.g., defective item, wrong size, or incorrect product). The original packaging must also be returned.
Note: Despite our best efforts to display accurate images, product colors and designs may appear differently due to screen settings or lighting conditions. Minor discrepancies in color/design do not qualify as valid grounds for an exchange.
- Exchange Process: Once the exchange request is verified, the process typically takes 7-10 days to complete. If the item is incorrect or defective, we will arrange a free pick-up from your doorstep. For size-related exchanges, please return the item to our Head Office at your expense.
- Items Not Eligible for Exchange: Items purchased during sales or with discounts are not eligible for exchange. Please note that exchanges for sale items are permitted only for valid reasons, and the processing time may take longer than usual.

International Orders:
Currently, MODEST ECHO does not offer an exchange or return policy for international orders. However, if you receive an incorrect or damaged item, please contact our customer care team for assistance.
Important: Please take pictures of the package and invoice before opening your order and keep them with you unless you find your complete order intact. It will be helpful to resolve your complaints timely, in case you receive an incorrect or damaged article.
Online Exchange Process:
Exchange Process: You can easily request an exchange by logging into your MODEST ECHO Online account. The exchange request must be made within 7 days of receiving your order.
RETURN POLICY
- MODEST ECHO does not offer a return policy. However, we are happy to assist you with exchanges. Please refer to the Exchange Policy for details.
- Refund Policy: Refunds are not issued in cash. Instead, you will receive a store credit coupon of the same value, which can be used on future purchases through our online store. Please review your coupon carefully for details.
ORDER CANCELLATION
- You may cancel your order anytime before it has been processed.
- Once the order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with an invoice and tracking ID. After the product has been delivered, the exchange policy applies.
- MODEST ECHO reserves the right to cancel any order under circumstances such as: Item is out of stock, Pricing errors, or Payment issues (e.g., declined credit card payment)
